Booking & Cancellation Policies

  • Each appointment requires a $125+HST booking fee. This fee is to protect the artists time and ensure clients are committed to the appointment. This fee is deducted from the total at check-out once the service is complete. This fee is only transferable ONCE with a minimum of 48hrs notice and it’s valid for 6 months from the date it was received.

  • Punctuality is crucial for ensuring that we can provide you with the best possible service and results. If you find yourself running more than 20 minutes late, please notify us as soon as possible. Be aware that arriving over 20 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled, and the loss of your deposit. We reserve the right to determine on a case-by-case basis if the appointment can still proceed based on scheduling availability. In the event that we cannot accommodate the delay, and you wish to reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.

  • We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy helps us manage our schedule and availability—if a slot is left open on short notice, it's often too late to offer it to someone else. The deposit you provide is a commitment to your booking and compensates the artist for their reserved time. Should you wish to reschedule your appointment after a late cancellation, a new booking fee will be required for the new booking.

  • To perfect and complete your look, we offer an optional touch-up session, which is not included in the initial service fee. We highly recommend this follow-up to ensure the best results for your permanent makeup. The cost for this additional appointment is $125+HST. Touch-ups are a great way to adjust any areas that may have faded during the healing process, ensuring your satisfaction with the final outcome.

  • If you miss your scheduled appointment or cancel on the same day, you will forfeit your booking fee. To avoid this, we encourage you to reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Should you wish to book a new appointment after a no-show or same-day cancellation, a new deposit will be required.

  • For clients with pre-existing permanent makeup or cosmetic tattoos, please provide photos and inform us prior to your appointment. This allows us to assess the existing work and plan accordingly. Failure to notify us more than 48 hours in advance, or arriving for your appointment without prior disclosure, will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. Additionally, a consultation fee of $100+HST will be charged due to the time allocated for your session.
